Mental Health & Substance Use Military & Family Treatment Services

The Service & Unity Program at Provive Wellness offers a dedicated treatment experience for those who have served our country & their families. The S&U program offers a comprehensive treatment model which is based on the unique needs of active military, veterans, and their families. At Provive Wellness we understand the unique needs of this population which often includes a history of trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. Our treatment team integrates a holistic model of care to provide robust treatment services uniquely tailored to each individual.

The Service & Unity Program offers a full continuum of care including Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient services. This step-down model allows clients to receive the level of care that meets them where they are in their recovery process. Each member of the program receives a comprehensive intake and assessment upon admission identifying the main roots of what’s driving their concerns. Every individual receives a primary therapist who works with the client to develop a master treatment plan which is a map guiding them to healing. Clients engage in individual sessions, group sessions, holistic practices, ancillary therapies, psychiatric services, experiential sessions, community support services and more as part of their treatment process to achieve their treatment goals. All our practices are based on trauma informed treatment models with evidence-based treatment approaches.

Partial Hospitalization for Military Members & Veterans

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers comprehensive treatment experience and is our highest levels of care providing a gap between those transitioning from inpatient, those currently out of active service or work, and those on leave needing the greatest amount of support. Programming runs Monday through Friday during the day and helps clients through a structured program of services geared at stabilizing a client mentally, physical, and emotionally while building the skills needed to Thrive in life. Partial Hospitalization offers participants the intensive care they need while maintaining the connection with their duties, family, and community.

Intensive Outpatient for Military Members & Veterans

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a step-down program for individuals completing PHP, or leaving inpatient with immediate commitments requiring a more flexible treatment option. IOP programming is offered both in the daytime and evening hours providing an intensive treatment program with a highly focused treatment plan to address the day-to-day triggers and stressors.

Treatment Approach

The Service & Unity Program understands the unique needs of the active military, veterans, and families. Trauma tailored programming is integrated throughout the schedule recognizing the traumatic experiences our clients experience in the military including PTSD. Comprehensive psychiatric assessment and treatment including medication management is integrated alongside the therapy process and holistic model to provide clients with the highest quality of care.
