- Activities: There are daily activities such as guided meditation, process groups, art activities, and yoga. For those unable to participate in yoga, alternatives are provided, focusing on reflective practices and self-expression.
- Breakout Groups: These sessions appear to focus on different aspects of personal and relational boundaries, values, spiritual practices, emotional expression, and relationship dynamics.
- Mind-Body-Spirit Integration: The program emphasizes integrating spiritual and mental wellness practices with physical activities, like yoga, which aligns with your description of a holistic approach.
